Thank you for choosing Interventional Pain Specialists (IPS). If you have a physician referral or are self-referred, your first meeting will be a consultation.

It will be at the provider's discretion whether or not they treat or write any prescriptions on that day. Our goal is to provide you with the most effective treatment so that you can return to your normal activities as quickly as possible.

For your first visit, please bring the following information with you:

A copy of your insurance card
List of current medications
Most recent Imaging reports
